2021年も残すところ約2時間を切りました（執筆時：2021年12月31日22時頃）。2021年の初めに、当サイトで決意表明をして、実際に行動にしてみたのですが、良い意味で分岐点になる1年になりました。
自分たちで仕事をするようになってから2021年時点で3期目にあたる年でしたので、過去の取組で課題になったことを改善することから始まりました。そして、何とか計画通りに事業を修正することができたと思います。
個別に見てみると、初めて取り組むことが多く、色々な問題が発生して、そこに全力投球をする毎日だったので、やりごたえはかなりあったと思います。一方でもう少しうまく立ち回れたんじゃないかなとも思えることがいくつかありました。そちらが2021年に発生した課題ということなのでしょう！その課題を解決して、プラスに展開することが1月からの課題であり、成長するポイントだと考えています。
